Warranty:
All parts are covered under any applicable manufacturer's warranty. Partsmaxx, Richland Auto Group and its subsidiary assume no liability or warranty of any parts either written or implied. We are not responsible for damage done to parts or vehicles do to installation or consumer errors.

Returns:
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number. This lets us identify your return and helps us process it promptly. Do not return any items without this number as your return will be refused. To obtain a return numbers contact us at 1-800-248-3788 during normal hours.
- All return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Call us at 1-800-248-3788 with your invoice number to receive your authorization number.
- After being processed a credit will be issued for the purchase price of your item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Any special order part (a part that we do not normally stock) will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.
- All electrical parts are NON-RETURNABLE.
- Items not in original packaging, missing pieces or that have been installed or not returnable.
- Returned items are to be shipped at your expense, unless a shipping error was done on our part.
- Items are to been in original container with part number stickers still in original condition.
- Insure items at full value, we cannot refund for items damaged in transit to us.

Shipping:
- The majority of all orders are shipped UPS ground. Crate engines, transmissions, large body and chassis parts are shipped via commercial truck. Shipping charges are based upon size, weight and number of packages from our location.
- Most orders will arrive at your location within 1-7 days from being shipped. We ship most in stock items within 3 business days. We will notify you of any delays do to availability, and will ship any out of stock parts as soon as they are available.
- We will contact you regarding shipping on any large items requiring shipment via freight truck. Shipping charges will be billed separately on these items, as dock or lift availability and location of delivery will vary charges.
- Shipments outside of the United States May have additional customs charges. These rates vary by country and shipping company. We unfortunately can not calculate these costs do to continually changing rates applied by these countries. The purchaser is responsible for any additional customs or shipping costs.
Pricing
- Although we try our best to have an error-free website, occasional errors may occur. In case of a price change or error you will be notified of the correct price and have the option of paying the difference or canceling the order. If you desire to cancel the order or part of an order a full refund including freight will be issued for the cancelled part.
