Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place your order through our secure website, or feel free to call us at 1-800-248-3788. Phone orders can be placed Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST or Saturday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM.
Q: Can I order items not listed on-line?
A: Yes! We can assist you with any factory part whether it is an accessory, performance part, mechanical repair or collision part. Since we are an authorized dealer for five manufacturers, we can supply any OEM part with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Q: Why are your prices so cheap?
A: We believe in providing the highest value and best price to our online customers. For that reason we charge wholesale and racer net pricing to you. All manufacturers set suggested retail pricing, but allow their dealers to set their own pricing.
Q: Do I have to pay tax?
A: If we ship to an Ohio address or you pickup the item you will be charged tax. If the item is shipped outside of Ohio there is no tax charged.
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: Most orders will ship within 3 business days, and depending on your location will arrive within 1-7 days. We stock a large inventory of parts, but if we are out of stock on a particular part we will notify you via e-mail with an expected delivery date. If you do not want to wait, you may cancel that item. If your order needs to be shipped via freight truck, we will contact you to arrange shipping details.
Q: Can I return items that I have received?
A: We can process a refund within 30 days from the invoice date. If your part is damaged or parts missing, please call us at 800-248-3788. See

Q: Are there any other charges or costs not listed?
A: Shipments outside of the United States may be assessed customs charges, which the purchaser will be responsible for these charges.
